About LaikanautApps

Useful ideas.
Thoughtfully developed.

LaikanautApps Ltd is an independent company registered in England and Wales. We develop mobile apps that bring planning, practical guidance and personal progress together in one place.

Our first project is Tactical Phys, a training and nutrition planning app for people working towards demanding physical goals. Our approach is to make detailed information easier to use, while giving people a clearer view of what they are working towards.

We are building and refining our products through hands-on testing and feedback, with a focus on clear navigation and useful day-to-day support.

A clearer plan for
your physical goals.

Tactical Phys brings assessments, structured training, progress tracking and nutrition planning into a single app.

  • Training plans shaped around goals and starting points.
  • Session guidance and exercise demonstrations.
  • Meal planning and practical shopping lists.
  • A view of progress across the programme.

Currently being developed and tested ahead of release. Public download links will be added when available.
